Terms

This agreement is month-to-month and may be canceled at any time with 7 days' written notice. Services begin after the first payment is processed. Rates are for single story homes with less than 5,000 sqft. Two story homes will be $5 additional per month. Roofs larger than 5,000 sqft will be higher monthly rate.
 Roof inspections are scheduled every 6 months. Preferred Customers receive priority scheduling for all services and repairs. Gutters are required to be cleaned prior to platinum membership Gutter clean-out will be performed only after six (6) consecutive months of active payment. Payment Terms Membership fees are billed monthly to the Customer's designated payment method.

Missed or failed payments may result in delayed or suspended services. Limitations: Discounts apply only to services performed by Sunny Side Roofing. Inspections are visual and non-invasive, and other recommendations may follow at an additional charge. Gutter clean-out applies only to accessible single- or two-story home gutters. Termination: Customer may cancel at any time with 7 days' written notice. Provider may terminate the agreement for non-payment or abuse of services. Provider is not liable for issues not visible during routine inspections. Customer remains responsible for any repairs or services beyond the included scope.
