We where called out to add roof ventilation but upon inspection the property was determined to have hail damage. Insurance was called and paid to have the roof replaced. we also added two solar vents at no additional cost.

We where called out by an HVAC company to help with a water heater vent pipe cut in. We installed the the ventilation starting from the unit in the attic straight through the roof.

This customer had foundation issues that had been repaired. Unfortunately the shifting caused caused separation between the rafters, which allowed water damage to occur. We repaired the rafter damage, added new decking, underlayment and shingles to bring the property back to code.

We replaced missing shingles from the front of the house with ones removed from the back. Then added the new shingles to the back. Ensuring a quality matching look from the street.

After replacing the roof we where able to install a vinyl fence making the house look brand new!

This church was originally wood siding the had become detarated and an eye sore. They struggled to find a contractor to work with their budget. We completed the vynil siding installation in house and by not subcontracting out the work we where able to meet budget.
